HARRIS Hotel & Residence Sunset Road Bali

Bit too far from Kuta. hotel was clean and child friendly.

This is my second stay here after 2 years. The level of services from the frontliner to the restaurant staff and the supporting staff are excellent. The garderner even greeted me with a sincere smile on my way in and out of the room, each time I see them. The facilities have somewhat been upgraded over the last 2 years. I feel instantly at home. 2 years ago, there's always mosquitoes in the room each time I left the sliding door open. I always asked for insect spray every single day of my stay. Fast forward 2 years later, this time around when I checked in, there was a bottle of insect repellent spray. It shows that the management were attentive to the customer's need. Little touch and gesture like that makes me wanna come back again.

small poorly maintained two bedroom suite, needs a lot of tlc, quite area but too far form the action, no kids club co-coordinator or organised activities :-(

Overall it was really excellent.. The staff really friendly, strategic location. Definitely will come back to stay here and will surely recommend to friends and family who wants to have such a relaxing and comfy hotels.

Overall a very relaxing hotel out of the way from busy kuta the only drawback was the kids club which they might as well not have won. Had to keep asking staff if our kids could go in there for the advertise activities in the room brochure. Very poor we gave up asking what they would do with our kids. I would not recommend the kids club to other families

Very happy with room, environment and facilities. Awesome gym access too with les mills classes. Free shuttle to kuta several times a day with stops en route if required. Breakfast amazing and free for kids. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved our stay!

would never stay in this hotel again. Although the address is Kuta it is a long way from the main part of Kuta there are far better hotels closer to Kuta than this hotel with better facilities for a similar price

this hotel is a 45 min walk to Kuta. The hotel does offer a limited shuttle for drop off only and last shuttle is 4 pm. The one bedroom apt is a room does not have a separate bedroom. It has a tiny kitchenette with a sink and microwave no utensils or crockery. The room has hang space only with no drawers and is small.We have had blue bird taxi refuse to bring us to the hotel of an evening making it more expensive to get back as you have to use unmetred taxis or private vehicles. The pool is in need of repair. It is a large hotel and has only 4 sun lounges around the pool. The majority of the guest during our stay were Indonesian which had cars.

The hotel is fine & it has a good location except that the cleanliness level can still be improved as well as the room smell.

Room was bit small otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
