HARRIS Hotel & Residence Sunset Road Bali

I like the comfortable beds, the clean sheets and good air conditioning. This is the second time we've stayed at Harrison Hotel. We only use the hotel room to sleep in and to have a quick swim - the rest of the time we are out and about, so all we really require is a clean, comfy room with hot water and a good breakfast awaiting us. I like the happy, fresh decor, the clean towels and the friendly, smiling staff. The breakfast selection is very varied - even picky eaters can easily find something appetising. The location of the Kuta Harrison hotel is nice for a couple of reasons: it's sort of tucked away as it's not on the main road, so it's a bit quieter at night. It's also close to the supermarket (Carrefour) and the Galleria. It's not that close to the beach, but that isn't one of our requirements seeing as we live near a beach at home. In a nutshell, I'd say this hotel is suited to people who'd rather spend less on the hotel and more on going out etc, but also don't want to "rough it". It's perfectly comfortable and I would recommend it to anyone who is not looking for 5 star luxury but still wants to feel special at a very reasonable rate.

not impressed with the service, it was rainy, just stop by the hotel because my auntie needs to pick up some of her things, at that time i need to change my baby's diaper but i can't go change inside the room hotel because it means we need to walk through the rain, so i ask for a nursing room or a baby's changing room, they said they don't have any, one of the bellboy ask me to change the diaper inside the toilet, which is impossible if u already see the toliet..

The Harris chain of hotels is super value. Good basic amenities, very clean, excellent food and friendly staff. Served up with an Indonesian sense of fun with bright colours and quirky touches. Great value!

staff were nice, only went there as advertised kids club but that was not operating. the whole two weeks we were there kids club did not open. dissapointing really. if had known would have picked hotel closer to exciting part of town

The location was not where we expected but that issue aside, this was a fantastic place to stay. Were friendly and always helpful. The rooms are quite small but all we needed them for was to sleep in as we spent all our time by the pool or traveling around Kuta.
