Very good breakfast, excellent location . Very quiet room.

Had to walk far for room. No elevator service for room and had to climb stairs. Exit door close to room locked to come back in. Harder with dog and had to go around with dog.

So dirty. Really, truly, dirty. Like chewed food left on the floor under the curtains in our room dirty. Bug carcasses against the walls kind of dirty.

Location

The beds were terrible, worn out , the bathroom door wouldn’t close without reefing on it. Towels totally worn out . We wanted over an hour for our food in the restaurant which is no big deal but when we did get it the food was overcooked.

Jessica at front desk was amazing in helping me in a bad situation when booking.com made things difficult for me and the manager was amazing as well. The rooms were great, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was really good!

Location. Breakfast was what I expected.

Front counter failed to provide breakfast vouchers at check in, resulting in delays when going to eat. Main floor halls dirty, smells of mice, smoke, and cannabis. Not sure why we were put at farthest end of old building. TV had poor channel selection (nothing for Lloydminster or Edmonton).
