"Horrible experience never booking with Travelodge again"

Nothing I liked booked the room talked to the staff Jessica about the room one week prior to arrival was assured there is a room when arrived Jessica lied that I booked a smoking room then Brenda the manager lied that Booking. Com overbooked and they have no room

The staff in overall are not friendly lying along with the manager

The front staff was very nice and helpful. Great manager.

The only thing wrong was the elevator was out of order but our room was on second floor so it wasn't that bad.
