"The stay was ok for the price but how come the hallway is so cold."

There has to be something done with the eggs in a bag. How about the person looking after breakfast area do a sunny side up eggs or even egg omelet.

The beds are extremely comfortable

The breakfast, if the hotel is going to accommodate sporting teams then they should be better prepared, and have breakfast in a larger room, they were struggling to keep up and we're just not friendly

"Last time staying there unfortunately"

The location was good and there was lots of parking.

The young maintenance guy yelled at me in the pool area and threatened me over a kid I didn’t even know. I can appreciate kids misbehave; however, there’s more professional ways to deal with guests. A water slide was down, the rooms are COLD because the windows leak, and the elevators are in desperate need of repair. Guests were getting stuck between floors, there was water leaking through the ceiling in the hallways.. it was pretty bad..
