Every staff member was helpful

The elevator to my wing could have been working. And the card entries demagnatized and had to be renewed and it was a long walk with stairs. If I had been in better shape it would not matter, But cancer wears a person out

The fact it was the World Series for baseball, it was very quiet. Even if people had their doors open while watching it, it was not as loud as I expected.

I’m not a smoker, you could smell smoke throughout the halls. But this is expected when you know there are smoking rooms. Wasn’t smelling in our room so it was fine.

"It was a place to stay and that was it"

The facility was in bad shape. Very noisy can here people walking upstairs. Doors continually shutting. Elevator was out of service had to enter from back (when we found the right door to enter). Walk up a flight of stairs and then all the way over to the room with our luggage. Left at 630 in morning November 1st and the front desk person was very very rude to us and it seems she didn't like her job at all and made a point of us knowing it. Very poor service for the bad night we had there. She should never be on the front desk dealing with people.

"Relax and good location, close to mall and food"

Parking was sometime hard to get! Pool was really cold and a long way to get to also had to bring back pool towels.
