The service was good the room was clean and comfortable

Was going over for a family funeral booked one night at this hotel.. when we went to check in later in the day we were told our room was cancelled.. Needless to say we were already upset over funeral so this just added to it..

The location was very reasonable, hence the reason why we booked it.

The "decor", bed, and furnishing were nothing like the photos offered on your site. The room looked as if had been painted 30 years ago, the tatty table and chairs could easily have been lifted from a tip. The bed side light simply didn't work. The TV was extremely small and attached to the wall. If you do get buttons on the filthy remote to work viewing the screen from the bed will be a challenge.

No towels no toilet rolls.vacumn left on stairs. Shower over bath not working. But was clean

I liked the location of the accomodation.

The room was dirty and the beds didn't look clean.

There was no breakfast

The hotel was described as luxury but it was far from that the room was in poor condition although the bed was comfortable and the shower was adequate

Location to wembly stadium

Dirty room. Windows filthy. Shower try stained no coffee or tea making facilities in room. Charged an extra 90 quid for private toilet when room was unsuited. Outside space full of cigarette ends and rubbish
