They cancelled my booking at the last minute which then prevented me from attending the AC/DC concert at Wembley Stadium.

The facilities were very basic and the bathroom and general room were both unclean ,a major upgrade is needed ,also I booked a twin room which was advertised, and there were none available when I got there ,as it was me and my daughter staying in the room I said this was unacceptable,so he did at least put an extra mattress in the room while we were out , so he did make some provision,, there was free parking at the property which was a bonus ,but I feel that due to the general condition of the room and the facilities provided,was vastly overpriced
