Easy access to the tube underground

The mould at bottom of drawers in room, the stains on the floor, the bathroom door that opened into the corridor, the rusty fridge shelves, the crack in the back window. The tea / coffee facilities were downstairs and not in the room as it seemed from the booking. Lack of linen on arrival.

They cancelled my booking on he morning of my travel - had to find a hotel at short notice for twice the price - Not happy with booking.com to put me through that as have been a loyal customer Shall avoid booking anything with booking.com in the future

Beds were comfortable, staff pleasant and helpful. Good location for tube station

The room looked tired, needed a good clean, the toilet had not been cleaned, the tiles around the toilet were dirty, no towels to dry hands. Kettle provided but no cups. Could see layer of dust under the furniture. The smelt of curry when we entered, the windows where fully open but the curtains where shut so no air movement, had to sleep with the windows open due to the smell, hotel on on a main road so a lot of traffic noise.

Going a match at Wembley.. location great as a couple of stops on the tube

The hotel said it was a luxury hotel, but there was nothing luxurious about it. Although the room was fairly clean the shower didn't work, we booked for three nights but only stayed two. The whole hotel wants a lot of up-dating

Shower had plenty of power I like the fridge that had legs like a dinner table and the tv on top of that which really made my day bright again :)
