Riad Turquoise

We were very well taken care off by Souafian who ensured we had a comfortable stay at the Riad. He coordinated a day trip for us, arranged drop off to the airport and provided us helpful tips during our stay. We appreciate his warm hospitality. The room and facilities were extremely clean. The one suggestion we have is to improve the lighting in the room. Room was not bright and it felt dark throughout the day. Otherwise, a very comfortable stay.

The room was lovely and spacious. It was a very comfy bed. The breakfast was good. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The only negative thing was that the jacuzzi wasn't working when we were there.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the decor was quite pleasant. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast as we left at 6 a.m.

There was no door to the shower/toilet area in the room. Essentially, a small corridor led from the large room to the toilet, and everything could be heard perfectly from the room. The shower was also completely visible. Since we were sharing the room with two friends, this setup was quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the room was very damp, and one of my friends with asthma found it difficult to breathe, as it felt like there was mold. The pool was quite dirty and out of order. Finally, a male staff member spent a long time talking about his admiration for Putin, which was rather uncomfortable.

Amazing staff, exceptional hospitality from sufiyan , ilam and the team. Don't think twice to book this place. It's at a perfect location from the Medina surrounded by very good restaurants, but at the same time quiet and ultra clean, with the interiors beautifully decorated and maintained.

We stayed in this Riad for three nights. The location is excellent for exploring the city, the room we stayed in was beautiful, the cleanliness was good, and the breakfast was excellent. But what really stands out is the kindness of the owner and the staff. For example, we had to wake up well before breakfast time on two days due to excursions, and they explained how to make coffee and serve ourselves food. Never intrusive. I absolutely recommend staying here.

Close to the center. The staff, especially Sophian were extremely friendly. The place is kept nice and clean. Highly recommended Riad Turquoise.
