Friendly staff and the breakfast and meal I have was fantastic!

I didn't realise when I booked the Inn was next to the port for the ferry. Great if you want the ferry not do great if you don't.

The staff were amazing, couldn't have a more friendly and helpful team. The breakfasts were amazing and the overall welcome and stay was brilliant

The only minor thing, the room was a little tired espcially in the bathroom - really clean, but the lino had a bubble in the floor - but overall a cracking hotel

Location was ideal for IoW festival. Great breakfast, very friendly staff.

Location is great.

Upon check in, no one mentioned breakfast then next day. Not times or if we were entitled so left the next day without breakfast. Faulty alarm/radio in room 501, kept automatically turning on and woke us before we wanted to wake. Ordered food, other tables were offered sauces etc. We had to ask, didn't feel very welcome. This was our 2nd stay and it was not as good as the 1st.

Breakfast was excellent, contact to the hosts fast and pleasant, nice inn, location is great and close to the ferry. After all, it still is an Inn and no hotel; for this, the room was nicely decorated, neat and tidy and very individual in the layout.

As said...it is an inn...and no hotel. Our room was quite small and dark, what was ok for one night, but the biggest disappointment was the bathroom. The rusty radiator, the flooring - and the tiny bathroom left us lookin forward to the next accommodation with a fresh and decent bathroom.

The shower gel, shampoo and soap were a proper make and not some mass produced equivalent. Breakfast was a good spread, jams and honey in small glass jars from a proper company than the sealed plastic ones that are normally used.
