IT'S REALLY COZY, DOESNT HAVE A POOL. BUT THE VIEW OF NATURE IS EXCELLENT

I’ll try to be objective. First of all a great area. A good look building. Before reserve I called the hotel and asked about the breakfast included, if they’d offer eggs any style and fried national food like tortillas and hojaldres and they told me yes about the eggs and about the tortillas and hojaldres yes also but for an extra charge. Well none of the days that was true so I choose a hotel based in wrong info. Karaoke on Thursday was a cheat because not even a good music, only instrumental music. I had to go and reprogram our keys every day after checkout time, even when I asked them to check that because that wasn’t normal. They told us that we put our keys close to de cell phone but our keys where all the time after exiting the room, in our car glove box. They had people in the front desk working also in the bar or restaurant or as a housekeeper. Too much grown grass so too much bugs (flys and mosquitoes) But the worst thing was when we were about to sleep, we couldn’t find the bed sheet so we front desk because we thought it was a housekeeper mistake but no, it was a mistake. The front desk lady told us that it was the property owner order. I was in shock! Why? I asked! The answer was we only follow rules. Think: The duvet cover is the only way to get warm so as it can’t be washed every days, ur using something over your almost naked body, that someone else used but you don’t know their habits. That’s disgusting! Not staying there ever again!

Very peaceful and relaxed, excellent natural atmosphere. Definitely will come back soon. I will really recommend this place.

I really liked the restaurant patio and sitting there listening to the river. The rain shower heads and great water pressure made it difficult to get OUT of the shower!

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel! Listening to the sound of the babbling brook and looking at all the beautiful flowers was so relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished.

It was a great place to stay. Within a short 5 minute walk of town. Central to everything. We would stay there again!

Large room and bathroom, clean, quiet. Located close to town - a 1 min drive or a 10 min walk. TV with English speaking channels, internet in bedrooms (didn't work well in first room, so they quickly moved us to another room). Surprised that there was no swimming pool. There is a gym on site, a pool table, a foosball table, a trampoline, climbing frame and slide for kids, an on site casino and a restaurant. A stream runs at the back of the property, but there was a slightly foul smell when you got close to it. Nice but small garden to enjoy outdoors. Decent breakfast - toast and jam, cereal, tea/coffee, fruit, eggs.

I’ve been to Boquete several times already. This hotel is a good pick if you like staying close to the actual city area, although you may still need a ride to main attractions (bridge, fair square, park, or restaurants). They’re short on staff, which could pose a problem if you need special services, but most hotels in Boquete operate on short staff anyway. Rooms are comfortable with a really nice bathroom; hot water runs constantly. The Paladar restaurant in the hotel is well renowned and to my surprise, prices are very affordable. There are some ammenities for children and teenagers, good enough to keep them busy for a few hours. The small river in the hotel’s backyard is inaccessible so dont expect good pics there. The hotel also owns a hydroponic greenhouse where you can buy fresh grown vegetables. A tour of the greenhouse is also avalaible at a cost, but try to schedule in advance. The only downside was the room view. It did have a balcony, but since we got the 1st floor, we could only see part of the background and some sheds. Try to get a top floor with river view. Internet is ok, but drops a few times. Keep in mind if you depend on it.

Staff were all friendly. Few speak English, but communicating wasn’t an issue. The hotel was clean and organized.
