Hotel Valle del Rio, SA

Very pleasant room with view of the small river as advertised. Excellent location in Boquete a 10 min walk form town center but away from noise and traffic. An ice machine, a plus, but it is next to the restaurant entrance and not conventionality located from rooms. Restaurant very good with good service and prices similar to other tourist oriented restaurants in town. The hotel ave us a $10 discount on meals at the restaurant, BUT it was not good for the lunch menu, for the rotisserie chicken menu, or happy hour. Read the fine print!

The place is in good conditions, the bed and the room overall was pretty comfortable. Also the breakfast has a little bit of everything, it is really complete.

Good location: 9 minute walk from center of downtown but in better area out of the traffic. A little run down, unclear whether due to absentee management or cash flow problems: stained chair, wobbly refrigerator. Nothing that would keep me from staying there again.

I do not recommend this hotel. Price-quality ratio is not fair at all. Breakfast was very poor, bad and cold to be Boquete. Also, the rooms you could hear everything from the other rooms (Room 222). I stayed 2 nights, and I am Panamanian.

Breakfast can be better. Orange juice was artificial and we were surrounded by lot of oranges trees

Beautiful setting on the skirts of the mountains! Delicious food as well!

It's always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The staff is hard working and eager to please.

We are from Johannesburg South Africa and were stunned at the amazing wonderful service we have received from your staff - from reception (young lady to the waitresses!!!!!!) The room was more clean than a 5 Star we previously visited!!!!! We have told the agent about your hotel and rest assured ALL our contacts will make use of your HOTEL in future - we HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!) Regret we borrowed a mobile charger from reception and regretfully forgot to return it. Kindly send us an invoice for it.

The pictures online don’t do this place justice. Beautiful garden right along the stream. Wonderful outdoor seating and trampoline, pool table and fusball for the kids to play. Easy walk to the main drag. Beautiful balcony view of the mountains. Clean and very comfortable beds. Lovely shower. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely recomend!
