"Great place, but ..."

The website said that WiFi was available. We phoned to check so didn't have a bad surprise when there was no WiFi, but we wished they had it. Otherwise, super service and lovely garden. The bed in #4 was lumpy, but a member of staff said that there are plans to rectify this.

"Great location overlooking the river"

Friendly stall, room rather small but fine for a short stay Food rather expensive but the convenience of the restaurant in the same building overcame that. Ideally situated for exploring southern Exmoor

Kids bunk bed they told me was comfortable, the double bed wasn't, it was quite hard and lumpy. The bedroom was situated over the bar, and as for my job i was up at 3:00 a.m we went to bed at 10:00 & there was significant noise from below until 23:45, this wouldn't of been a problem if you are staying up having a drink.

Nice hotel but It’s a shame they don’t serve real coffee at Breakfast. The breakfast time was very narrow especially for a Sunday morning. 8-9am and I got a knock on my door at 7.30am to wake me up. I think this is too early and limiting for a Sunday.
