The Roebuck Inn

Only 15 mins drive from Glyndebourne, our reason for visiting the area. Room and bathroom very clean and bed comfortable. Parking just outside our bedroom. Breakfast was in the bar area and had both cooked and continental choices.

The room is a small double with the only 'hanging space' on a high rail.

Just what you would expect from a quaint country pub, staff extremely friendly,couldn’t ask for more. Big shout out to the chef, the best fish and chips I have had for years. The breakfast was amazing. The room was squeaky clean, the best night sleep ever. Will definitely come back I will also recommend to my friends and family. Keep up the good work guys.

The staff were friendly, the food very good as was the beer ! We had just come from a few days in London where the pubs all had loud music and were full of shouty people. What a difference !
