The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent as was a light lunch on arrival. We didn’t stay for dinner. Great parking area. The fresh flowers on every table in the bar was a nice touch. The room was very comfortable with nice warm en suite shower.

It is an old characterful inn which is great, but when I adjusted a bed position slightly there was a lot of dust on the carpet under the bed. Just a minor detail.

Super comfortable bed and excellent pillows. Staff great

All a bit dated. Not worth £170 a night or even close.
