Villa degli Ulivi

The pool had a nice view and the apartments upstairs at nice views

We were a group of 10 staying across 3 separate apartments. When I booked all of the rooms at the accomodation were free and yet we were placed on three opposite corners of the hotel, we came together to sit on the nicest balconies of the three apartments and were told off by the host and later "discreetly" filmed. I have to wonder why we were separated in the first place. Our flight was also delayed arriving to Catania, which caused a further delay getting to the acomodation. The host was extremely rude and unhappy with me when we did arrive as she had been waiting. I apologised profusely (despite this not being my fault at all) and was met with further rudeness. The beds were all also very hard, no one had a comfortable sleep in a group of 10, which is not a good sign. While it was nice to look over the water, unless you have a car, the location is not very accessible for anything. Even a taxi from the train station (2 minute drive) was €20.

It is located by the main street so can be a bit loud - cars/ buses passing by.

⸻ We had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The view was absolutely stunning, and the surroundings were incredibly peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff was outstanding: always attentive and ready to help. We even had to contact them at midnight, and they responded immediately with great professionalism. We also experienced a minor technical issue during our stay, and they handled it perfectly—quickly and efficiently. We are very grateful for their excellent service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Close to the bus stop. Very spacious and clean. Rosy was very kind. We lost all our cash within one hour of arriving in Sicily . Luckily rosy lent us some cash untill we found someplace to get some.

Everything was good

The overall property was ideal and the pool area was our favourite thing our particular room was private

The amenities are very basic not good if you were self catering. Lack of basics like kettle, microwave and basic cooking utensils. Location is not ideal on a busy main road and not near any shops. Made this extremely hard with a baby

Lovely traditional Italian villa

We liked everything but parking outside was on the road, we always got a space though

The location is 10 minutes walking from the train station however it is a little big dangerous and if you want to go to the town of Toarmina you need to walk in the hill for 30 minutes or walk back to the train station and wait for the bus which passes once per hour

The room is very overpriced. It’s an old villa, nothing really in a modern way. You cannot storage the luggage after checkout and there is no storage place in the train station or anywhere neither. Do think twice when you book it. The pool is ridiculous like a big bathtub ..
