Villa degli Ulivi

The location is 10 minutes walking from the train station however it is a little big dangerous and if you want to go to the town of Toarmina you need to walk in the hill for 30 minutes or walk back to the train station and wait for the bus which passes once per hour

The room is very overpriced. It’s an old villa, nothing really in a modern way. You cannot storage the luggage after checkout and there is no storage place in the train station or anywhere neither. Do think twice when you book it. The pool is ridiculous like a big bathtub ..

As pictured. Clean, big rooms. Shower and bed very good. Communication fantastic. Very friendly. Parking out front- it is necessary to have a car if staying here in my opinion

Located on a busy road, bad for pedestrians as no pavements.

The property itself is lovely. Beautiful big rooms with a balcony and a pretty garden and sweet little swimming pool. Rosy was extremely helpful and charming

The only problem was the traffic noise from the road directly underneath the property. Inside the flat it's fine - but in the garden or on the balcony it's noisy. This road is the only way to reach the shops and restaurants and there is no pavement - and quite dangerous to walk along. The nearest restaurants are a good 20 minutes walk along this road. we did get used to it to some extent and the property itself made up for that

Rosy is amazing! She’s a superhero! makes your stay feel very special. The place has a very homely vibe. I would say it’s wayy better than the pictures. Nice local beach nearby and amazing pool with incredible views. Super clean! There’s also a vending machine with snacks which it’s so handy.

great experience! staff were lovely and very accommodating, everything was super clean and the facilities were great. location is perfect for going to the beach but was a tiring walk up the hill to the main town.
