Select Club at Sandos Caracol All Inclusive - Adults Only Area

La verdad, el restaurante El Templo fue unos de mis favoritos, tanto el Show que te hacen cuando te preparan la comida, la alegría del chef fue super increíble. El tema de las piscinas estuvo relejado, con las dinámicas que hacen, ir al parque acuático estuvo increíble (a pesar de que lo cerraron el domingo) pero no las pasamos bien. Caminar sobre la selva, ver los animalitos esta super bonito.

La atención al Cliente, al llegar al hotel, no nos dio tiempo de cambiar efectivo para poder dejar propinas en los restaurantes, el cual me acerco con el persona y groseramente dice que la moneda mexicana no la conoce (cuando tienen la cara de nopal) se me hizo fuera de lugar su comentario. En tema de reservaciones para los restaurante nocturnos, no sabíamos que tenias que estar mínimo tres noches para poder tener acceso sin problema. Unos de los Hoster, nos brindo ayuda amablemente para que nos acercáramos con otros de sus compañeros y veas si hay disponibilidad el cual lo hicimos, al llegar al restaurante "Los Lirios" la persona encargada nos dijo que no nos podía dar mesa porque tenían todo reservando (hasta ahí esta entendible) el cual nos comento si después de los 10 minutos el huésped llegaba tarde, se iba a cancelar su reserva, el cual no fue así, nos estuvo esperando 2 HRS, llegaban los huéspedes de 15 a 30 minutos tarde y aun así los dejaba pasar, e incluso llego una pareja extranjera y comento que no tenían reservación y les dio prioridad. La verdad fue muy molesto porque desde un principio nos hubiera dicho un NO, y no hubiéramos perdido el tiempo y buscar otro lugar. El cual acudimos a otro restaurante y nos dieron la oportunidad de ingresar el cual fue "El Riviera" (Muy rico por cierto).

La propreté des chambres, le personnel serviable, les repas à la carte excellent . Le parc et les animaux en liberté dans tout le complexe.Divers petits espaces pour boissons et en cas .Espace adulte only. L’aide à la réception de Regina.

Piscines trop petites , pas assez de transats. Belle plage mais accès à la mer catastrophique. Rocher, trous , marche de 100 mètres pour avoir de l’eau jusqu’au cuisse.

Was a beautiful location. The staff were great.

The rooms smelled like sewage. We had only one bad experience at the location’s Brazilian restaurant. The staff were mediocre and the food was terrible. The meat was being served under cooked .

The property itself was beautiful. Love the jungle feel and the wild life was cool. The fiod was excellent, we ate at 4 of the restaurants and a big thank you to our concierge for helping us plan out dinners.

We didn't like the smell of sewage daily, but we understand somethings are unpreventable.

This was my 2nd time at Sandos Caracol and overall i was very happy with my stay here. The staff are wonderful and the property was clean. They were also mid upgrades/rennovations on several areas of the property, i assume because it is their low season. My complaints were as follows: 1. The bed in our penthouse room was no softer than the floor and I had to sleep on the daybed for most of the trip otherwise i was in pain the next day. 2. The people trying to sell things on the beach....massages, bracelets, more massages...it made sitting on the beach unenjoyable 3. The music at the (temporary) adults only pool as well as KIIN was 24/7 techno type music and the beat sounded exactly the same for every song and that got old really quick. 4. Rennovations to the select club section meant that the Brazilian BBQ restaurant was closed and thats one reason we chose this resort, but the other a la carte meals were fantastic!

We only stayed two nights but it was very nice! Make sure you bring mosquito repellent! The boat ride was nice I honestly do not have any complaints. It was nice seeing animals all around. Beware of the snakes also we seen a bird drop one out of its mouth on the walkway.
