We liked the two different adult areas. Our Expedia conceige was Valerie. She was quick to get transportation to and from room. She also expedited two different times when door was locked and not working. She also was able to have ice delivered to our room quickly vs calling the front desk. She was very professional and helped withe dinner reservations. She seemed to go above and beyond to assist us with our needs

My wife and I visited. We found that it is a dated resort geared to tamily with mid-range kids. We found the food in the buffet was okay; something tasted strange; no one got sick, so that wasn't it. The most annoying part, is that once we got to the resort, they had salespeople already attempting to sell us time shares, and wouldn't accept no. We just got there and they are trying to sell us a resort we haven't had the experience to enjoy or not.

Loved the walking paths and the natural habitat for the animals.

It was ok. Simple maintenance issues, easy fixes, simply not a priority of this redort.

If you want a resort that is stunning and full of nature, this is a good place. But it is a complete scam in terms of activities. The only water activity that is included is snorkeling and kayaking, everything else you have to pay for and it is VERY expensive. There are a lot of hidden costs. In terms of food, it’s nothing special, and you only get to make 2 dinner reservations for your overall stay. So if you are staying for a week, you can only have dinner at a nice restaurant for 2 nights. Rest of the days, you have to eat at a buffet. This place is definitely not worth your money, and is a scam.

Food and drinks were not good quality. Penthouse room was below standards, had several issues with the room. LOTS of wild animals and tranquility! Staff is awesome!!

Property is great, lots of stuff to see and do. Lots of wildlife and great walks throughout the property. Only downside is they no longer offer room service. Kind of a bummer. Other than that the stay was nice.

The Adult only pool area and restaurant was really nice. I liked how with Expedia you could book your a la carte meals at the beginning of your stay. We had a delightful room, very quiet and well looked after by all the staff. The daily activities on site were good and the evening shows were excellent.I would have liked more a la carte restaurants opened for all three meal times, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

A large resort with a lot of options. Resort staff were very friendly and helpful.
