"Great weekend at the hotel"

Great position and atmosphere, staff very good and attentive. Parking is a lottery outside the hotel.....limited space but station carpark over the road is cheaper and close. this is a very old property so don't expect all mod cons but it is very tastefully furnished and you feel you are somewhere special with great history.

A heads up on the parking would have been useful

Excellent location for Hampton Court Palace (attending music festival just across the road). . Friendly welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room and comfortable bed. Nice touch receiving complimentary glass of wine on arrival. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay again if attending Hampton Court

Very dark and stuffy room, rather tired decor in room, very creaky floors-when people were moving around in room upstairs it sounded like a herd of elephants and one of the light bulbs in the chandelier started to flicker! There was a good TV in the room but it only one comfortable chair it was visible from
