The room size was bigger than expected.

The Manager was very helpful and friendly

Taste of the water from the tea boiler - tasted plasticky! Coffee was good though.

The staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming and very helpful. When I requested a twin room instead of a double, they promptly arranged the switch for us without any hassle. Their attentiveness made our check-in and stay much smoother.

The room had a few issues that affected comfort. The shower drain didn’t work properly, causing water to pool while showering. The air conditioner switched off every 20 minutes, and since the window could be opened, I was woken up multiple times at night to turn the airflow back on or deal with stagnant air. Additionally, the single bed felt too narrow for an adult, and I kept falling off during the night.

Bathroom could have been a bit bigger and the restaurant could have been a bit cosier like the bar.

Lovely staff was the most important thing, all the staff we met were great. Lovely atmosphere in the bar area. Our bedroom was lovely and clean as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was lovely.
