Cedar House B&B

It felt like home. We were looked after like royalty. The breakfasts were delicious. I hope to return one day soon.

We had a great stay at this lovely bed and breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped. A nice selection of tea and coffee. The bathroom was clean and functional with complimentary shower gel and shampoo. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic with a great choice of many items all freshly prepared and cooked. A special thanks to the proprietor who made our stay very enjoyable she is so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

It gave me a very traditional feel for the place. The breakfast was delicious and the service very good.

Brilliant B&B in a quiet road yet near to town centre

Cedar House is a really lovely place to stay. The room was really cosy and we had a balcony overlooking the river with table and chairs and the bed was very comfortable. The room was serviced daily and it was really nice to have bottles of water and biscuits every day. we culd order our breakfast the night before and it was always very fresh and plentiful. We can highly recommend a stay here.

What can I say this is never a 4 star guest house. The bed was terrible the pillows were dirty. The shower didn’t work properly. The room was cold and they were not ready for us when we turned up.

Landlady was friendly and helpful

Great welcome. Breakfast choice was really good. Windows were being painted so upkeep of property good. Very nice shower.
