Location was good. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The hosts were attentive and couldn't do enough for you. Excellent stay.

"A great and pleasant stay in a lovely Guest House."

Great hosts and communication. Superb hot cooked breakfast. Good location near to Beach and the Park. If we return to Paignton I would not bother to look to stay anywhere else and recommend staying here.
