The location, cleanliness,the hosts friendly helpful and knowledgeable about the area placers to visit .they could not have done any more to make our stay more welcoming.the breakfast was freshly cooked with plenty of options a real pleasure.

The hosts, the place, their helpfulness, the facilities, food, and so much more were fantastic. They could not have done more for us. They even went beyond their remit on helping us with our car problem. And their extensive knowledge of the local area, including a fantastic Italian restaurant was just superb.

Although they were more than happy to move their own vehicle to enable us to park, the area had little or no parking facilities. They have tried to get permit parking but the council are not being helpful.

The location was in a quiet area but close to the railway station ,and eateries. It was perfect for our stay.

We liked the room we enjoyed talking to Iain and Julie the location was good for sea front and restaurants

There was nothing to dislike

The owners were very friendly and full of knowledge about the area and helped plan trips. Brilliant location and stones throw from the beach and town.

What to say really, nice and welcoming, rooms are nice and presentable, good to have thing planned as they do go into the rooms to clean and so on, little mini fridges in rooms with chilled water and a small milk, kettle with tea and coffee and so on. Nice throwback to the days of B&B, Breakfast is more filling than you think, dining room is also the bar, not that we used it but looked quaint enough. Food is cooked fresh that morning and do try to accomodate most requests. The biggest issue, especially when travelling is parking, as there's no parking. Its located on possibly the last free to park area in Paignton so fills up quickly, paid spaces down the road however and isnt overly expensive to park for the day if you can get a space. If you can plan activities over not using a vehicle and can leave it parked then ideal!

We really enjoyed our trip plenty to do and see the B +B was fantastic no complaints would highly recommend a 4 star place run by 5 star people cheers
