"Fantastic place to stay"

Everything about this place was fantastic. Ian and Julia made us feel so welcome. The room was perfect, very clean, and everything you could need in there. Breakfast was lovely, all freshly cooked and lots of choice. Can't recommend staying here enough you won't regret it. Thank you

"A very comfortable and enjoyable stay."

Delicious breakfast, plenty of choice. Very friendly and helpful owners. So nice to our dog too. Very well stocked with everything you might need or want, eg drinks, biscuits, toiletries, iced water on tap. Little treats too. Lovely front garden.

"Perfect location. For the sea and shops"

Julia & Iain were very welcoming from the onset. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Good food for breakfast. Short walk from the sea 5 mins approx, and about 10 mins walk to town. I would highly recommend Blue Water Lodge

"Blue Waters stay"

Wonderful warm welcome from Julia and Iain. The accommodation is spotlessly clean throughout with a lovely comfy bed. Little touches like a mini fridge with milk, and bathroom toiletries provided. Breakfast was amazing! I would thoroughly recommend Blue Waters to anyone wishing to stay in Paignton.

The bnb was spotless comfortable had everything needed in room mini fridge and fresh milk daily in room Amazing breakfast lovely down to earth couple couldn’t have done anymore for us first time we have taken our little furry friend to a bnb we will be returning thank you so much was a pleasure
