Homely feel and hosts were amazing made us feel at home and welcome great advice very hospitable

We were given local guidance what to do where to go and what to avoid, we even were given wind breakers and sand mats honestly it was absolutely amazing how we were treated . The breakfast was amazing clean and lots of choice

Ideal location. Very clean and all you need for your stay. Julia and Lian have thought of everything to make your stay a home from home. The breakfasts were great too. If you are looking for a fantastic place to stay then look no further. Excellent value for money and Julia and Lian are lovely and make you very welcome.

Julia and iain were exceptional hosts. So very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone. The breakfast was superb with anything you wanted all cooked fresh and really hot.. Nothing I can say about this that is wrong.. Even the little touches of parting gift meant a lot.. I think it's 5 star *****

"Can’t wait to get back"

We were a little sceptical about staying in what we thought was a small B&B near to a busy seaside . We have to say we were pleasantly surprised so much care and consideration has been put in . Lovely breakfast too , such a lovely couple ! We felt they weren’t just doing a job they really cared and wanted us to feel comfortable . We will be back much sooner then we expected as long as there is space at the inn . Thankyou !

The weather could have been better but still kept busy .

"A little gem!"

This is a gem on the English Riviera. Rarely do you find perfection in life - but here you will find impeccable facilities, spotlessly clean with a great freshly cooked breakfast - all managed by Iain and Julia as though you were part of their family! An unhesitatingly 5 ☆ experience!
