The St. Regis Shenzhen

I enjoyed staying at the St. Regis Shenzhen so much. Especially, Ms. Lieu, a membership manager, was very helpful. Thanks to her heartwarming help, I could have a relaxing stay and a wonderful moment. The St.Regis Shenzhen is truly luxurious resort in the center of Shenzhen. I am looking forward to visiting again!

The staff were lovely, especially Dylan from The Social. Josie from the Drawing Room was also super friendly. Food was amazing, we had buffet breakfast but also ordered a la carte for dinner one of the nights.

It can be a bit of a pain to have to change lifts to get up and down, but that's the price you pay for having the incredible view I guess.

The lady called Ana made so comfortable, she is nice every thing was so nice and beautiful. I like the cleanliness and the beauty here. Ure unique

Vita Yuan, Housekeeping: The consistently immaculate state of my room was a daily pleasure. Vita’s work was meticulous and thoughtful. The care she put into maintaining my sanctuary did not go unnoticed and is a testament to her skill and pride in her role. Together, these individuals and teams created a seamless, personalized, and memorable experience. They do not merely perform their duties; they embody the spirit of genuine hospitality, making guests feel not just accommodated, but truly valued. Their synergy as a team reflects brilliantly on your hotel's culture and training standards. Please commend them for their outstanding contributions. Location is wonderful, very clear view to everywhere. The service is amazing, the staff are all very nice. The rooms are so clean and very big. Super luxurious and good value!

I was deeply touched by the warm welcome and the seamless check-in experience arranged by Crystal. ​I was incredibly fortunate to be upgraded to the Caroline Suite, a stunning corner suite that offers a magnificent double-sided view of the Futian city skyline. Watching the sunset from the room was a truly unforgettable moment. ​Crystal’s proactive communication and her thoughtful selection of such a beautiful room made me feel genuinely welcomed.
