The St. Regis Shenzhen

Recently, I chose St. Regis Shenzhen for my stay. I stayed with them for twice. I experienced their St. Regis Suite and Caroline Suite. Each time I receive such thoughtful service, I want to come again and again. Their hotel opened in 2011 and is the first St. Regis in Shenzhen. It's located in the Jingji Building, which was once the tallest building in Shenzhen. Their rooms is from the 76th floor to 90th floor. You can scan the beautiful view of Hong Kong or Shenzhen. Their staff are professional and careful. I experienced the in-room dinning and enjoyed the delicious food from their Italian restaurant. Indeed, I experienced the newly-opened St Regis Shenzhen Bao'an, unfortunately, I'm disappointed with them and I prefer St. Regis Shenzhen.

Very good experience especially the butler service and they come very quickly, zang zhang was super nice and helpful when we left our bag in the room and he say even if we don’t go back they can mail it to us

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the best experience with St.Regis, from the entrance, elevator, reception and all the way to the room all the staff were very attentive and made sure the guests are all comfortable. Upon arrival at the reception we had Mrs Crystal welcomed us since she is familiar with my colleague. She even brought us to our room giving us a warm welcome to the room and also appreciate the hand written letter and gifts and that was waiting at our room. All the facilities were very accommodating and convenient. The whole stay was what you would expect of a 5 star hotel and amazing views and location is great. Getting invited on 100th floor for happy hour and bites was a great surprise and made our stay even more unique. Breakfast and Dinner was also amazing. The International and local kitchen made the dinning experience even more memorable as i was able to taste different cuisines in one plate. All in all I would say if go back to shenzhen, St Regis Shenzhen would definitely be the top choice hotel for me and i would keep coming back to. Michel & Kyan

Stunning view from everywhere

The hotel was a bit disappointing. First, we were given a room with a terrible smell, as if a dog or cat had urinated there. After we complained, we were moved to another room. The second room had no smell, but it was dirty — stains on the wallpaper, walls, and carpet. There were also not enough charging outlets. The hotel clearly needs renovation and better maintenance.

What a fun experience! We were able to check in early. This is the first hotel we have ever stayed that there is a 96th floor lobby. It's a little bit of a hassle to change elevators to go down the lobby driveway. Plus you go down to get to your room. Pros 1. Early check in. 2. Room upgrade with status. 3. REALLY comfortable beds. 4. Butler service with unlimited coffee service and cookies. 5. Great view 6. Internet is good (note you can't access a lot of the world sites). 7. Friendly service. 8. Nice gym, pool and hot tub. 9. Nice slippers 10. Next to a mall that is nice and quiet. 11. Kids stay free. Cons 1. Expensive breakfast (didn't get to try) 2. You are required to wear a cap in the pool. They sell it for 60RMB, which is way too much for a one time use cap. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again! It was a great experience!

Que puedo decir... a la altura de mis expectativas. Vale absolutamente la pena. El desayuno: excelente, riquísimo de variedades. Bathtub una maravilla. Butler was so fine. Pero buon lo que vale absolutamente escoger este hotel en lugar de otros es la oportunidad de observar toda la ciudad desde el 90mo piso 😍
