Beautiful hotel. Amazing views. Comfortable beds! We really enjoyed Alice, the butler. She was so kind and amazing! Great gluten-free bread available.

Disappointing meal at Elba. One risotto cold, tiny pasta dish with overcooked prawns. Nice staff, but very disappointing meal, was my wife's birthday so thumbs down.

My husband and I visited from Hong Kong and we truly had a lovely and relaxing time. It was really easy to get to from LoHou station in shenzhen to the hotel and as it costed us 2 yuan each travelling via the metro line. We arrived the hotel and had a smooth check in, the staff were very friendly and helpful with assisting me as I am pregnant. They offered us complimentary tea and water upon arrival. Although it was foggy due to the smog, we were put in a lovely room which was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had the breakfast buffet while we stayed there and I truly enjoyed it. There were plenty of halal options and the food was absolutely delicious. We also had dinner at the Elba Italian restaurant which was great and dinner buffet at the 95th floor which again did not fail! My family and I will certainly come back again in the future when visiting Shenzhen.

A luxurious stay with a sky-high view of the city, at least on clear day! Well situated for a trip from Hong Kong.

Nice location and beautiful rooms with great views of surrounding areas. Love the view. Great service; staff were super helpful and went beyond their duties to solve problems. Great breakfast, too. We enjoyed our stay there.

Great stay at The St Regis Shenzhen, absolutely surpassed my expectations in terms of service standards, and the property's condition and design were great too. All your staff i met there served with a smile and dedication, which i believe is credit to the management. Have to mention also that i was really pleased that your guest loyalty manager, Crystal Lieu, reached out prior to my arrival to check on my stay preference. She was also very kind to offer a loyalty upgrade arrangement and very patient in listening to and addressing my many questions. It certainly makes me feel valued asa a Bonvoy member and helps ease the anxiety of visiting a new city, and making my stay a unforgettable experience. A true hall mark of a luxury brand, keep up the good work, and certainly look forward to staying at your property again the next time i visit Shenzhen!
