Without any request or expectation on my part, I was generously upgraded to the Allure Suite—a spacious, beautifully appointed room that truly elevated the stay. Despite the hotel having opened in 2011, the room was remarkably well-maintained. I noticed that the walls and ceilings appeared to have been recently repainted with exceptional care—the finish was smooth and seamless, clearly the result of a full repaint rather than touch-ups. The space felt fresh, luxurious, and thoughtfully cared for.
Butler Service
The butler service team delivered a curated experience that made the stay feel personal and special. Every interaction was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful—exactly what you hope for from a St. Regis property. I also made use of the complimentary shoe shine service, which was completed by the specified time and delivered to my room with great care, wrapped and placed neatly in a basket.

On the morning of March 23, I encountered an issue with the in-room electric kettle. After filling it to its full 1.5L capacity and turning it on, the kettle continued boiling intensely for over ten minutes, producing thick steam that filled the bar area, fogged the mirror, and spread across the room. By the time I turned it off, the water level had already reduced by half.
I called the Butler Service Desk immediately, and a replacement kettle was arranged without delay. No defensiveness, no hesitation—just swift, professional action.
Later that afternoon, in a moment of my own carelessness, I got my index finger stuck while closing the bathroom sliding door. I called the Butler Service Desk again, this time to request a bucket of ice so I could dip my hand in it. Instead of simply fulfilling the request as I had phrased it, they thoughtfully prepared a bag of ice for me, explaining that it would be a more suitable option as they were concerned that a bucket of ice might be too cold for my hand to dip into directly. At checkout, the staff and a Guest Service Manager proactively asked about the kettle incident, acknowledging the potential safety concern and ensuring it had been properly addressed. They also inquired about our overall experience and whether we had encountered any other issues.
I mentioned that I had noticed some visible dust along the edge of the sliding bathroom door—a minor housekeeping oversight. The staff member immediately asked if he could record the video I had taken on my phone, and he sent it directly to the housekeeping team for follow-up.
