Sylvan Valley Lodge and Cellars

No breakfast was offered. Oatmeal and fruit was good.

The chairs and room 12 were very uncomfortable. We were not informed that there was no elevator and going up and down steps was a challenge. Change the flags. Update of the outside needs work.

Excellent location, just a few minutes from Helen. Beautiful area! Nice porch to relax on. Room was clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed the room with the balcony. The hot tub in the room was a huge surprise! Such a relaxing week! Lucy in the front office was phenomenal. She took good care of us , and we so appreciated her. She gave us that warm welcome that you don't get very often. We were sad to leave this morning to get on the road back to florida.

The layout of the lodge, with the common area, and the deck. The tasting room is also a nice addition.

The tasting room seemed a little underutilized. Maybe a daily Happy Hour Thurs-Sat. would be a good idea

Pillows were too big for my liking. There was a lack of attention to details (i.e.) burned out light bulbs.
