Location and character. Also excellent restraint.

I have stayed many times and this is the first time I have had anything to complain about. No hot water for shower at 7am. Also no way of controlling AC so I had to switch it off at mains on the wall.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff , quirky decor , stylish bar . Breakfast was lovely , hot , fresh and good choice on menu .

First room allocated on top floor was very compromised with sloping ceiling , could not walk around the room comfortably . Bed against the wall so not ideal for 2 people . Asked to move , next room better though bathroom was very cramped ( this was explained before we swapped rooms ) . Presume the best rooms are allocated first upon check in even though we booked a while in advance .

Fabulous location for the city, very big room, great to have a fridge and fresh milk!!!!!

The rainfall shower was more like drizzle😂 i think the pressure was low as lots of other people using the hot water at the same time. Didn't spoil our stay though.
