The pool was ok.

The villa had clearly not been maintained. The bathrooms were mouldy and had water leaks. The kitchen cupboards were rotten due to water damage, the dishwasher was absolutely disgusting, and the kettle was heavily affected by limescale. The air conditioners were not functioning properly and a technician had to be called out to service them. The ceiling fans did not work. The window and door frames showed signs of dry rot, and the timber decking around the swimming pool was rotting. The garden and grounds were overgrown with weeds. Plus we had to request security cameras be disconnected as it was an invasion of privacy. In reality, the entire property looked nothing like the photographs shown on http://Booking.com.

The villa was dirty, smelt and needs to be gutted and refurbished. There was nothing to like. Disgusting!

Everything it was not fit for humans. I can’t believe anyone would rent out this flea pit. The beds were stained and the pillows were filthy. The fridge smelt of mould and the bathrooms were disgusting with dirt, blood and grease stains.

Die Lage ist okey, obwohl sie nicht der Beschreibung entsprach, die Villen sollten in einem Hotelresort liegen, das Hotelresort ist jedoch seit Jahren geschlossen, Das Haus ist keine Villa und lag in einem Wohngebiet.

Der Ärger begann mit extrem mangelhafter Kommunikation mit Vermieter, Das Haus war nicht das Haus, welches gebucht war. Das Haus ist nicht Bestandteil einer Hotelanlage , wie gebucht. Die Anzeige Täuscht falsche Tatsachen vor! Auf Google ist ersichtlich, dass Panaretti Hotel dauerhaft geschlossen ist! Das Haus war in einem technisch und hygienisch un-zumutbaren Zustand!!! Klimageräte - Heizung nicht funktionsfähig, Es regnete über Kalbekanäle in das Wohnzimmer hinein. Die Ausstattung war alt, desolat und eckelhaft dreckig!!! Das gesamte Haus war schlecht gereinigt, man konnte kaum durch die Fenster sehen. Das Haus müsste umfassend renoviert werden. Wir haben das Haus nach einer Notübernachtung fluchtartig verlassen!! Schade, dass die Bilder nicht geladen werden können.

Очень плохо работал кондиционер в большой комнате совмещённой с кухней. Если готовишь еду то находиться там очень неприятно. Элементарно жарко. Не спасал и вентилятор на потолке. Холодильник плохо закрывался и всё время протекал. Ванные комнаты и полотенца уже замученные жизнью. Чистота в доме тоже не очень..

Obiekt bardzo niedoinwestowany, stare i zużyte wyposażenie, niebezpieczny taras, zaniedbane otoczenie, generalnie obiekt wymaga gruntownego remontu.

Hi, I am now informing you of my worst experience with any travel booking company, which I would least expect from booking.com. First of all, you need to be reminded that in 99.9% of cases a customer chooses, books and pays for a specific place and not “that place or any other place, at any location and in any condition that I will be sent to instead, last minute”. This is what exactly happened to me and my family. Although I know that booking.com is perfectly aware of the situation with this specific hotel (non-existent one), because I am obviously not the first customer to have booked it through your system, I will provide all the unpleasant details so that no question remains as to your failed services that I demand to be compensated. So here is a timeline of the absurdity that happened to me and my family that caused us stress and financial costs. A day before my trip, on June 29, I receive a weird and disturbing message from “Panareti beach” through your system, telling me in an innocent tone to go to a different location instead of what I booked, to some St. George … (10+ kms from the property I paid for, 10+kms from the beach into the hills!). The message sounds so innocent as if they are just offering a better room or something. I am unpleasantly surprised and I don’t understand what this means. I write back to that message and also I write to you through the “help” with the order, without any reply either from the property or from you. I start google searching immediately, to find out that the property I booked THROUGH BOOKING.COM is permanently closed for MONTHS already, bankrupt or something, with plenty of reviews of disappointed and angry customers who went there to find close gates! The property has been closed for months, probably also by the time I booked it was already non-existent.I come back to booking.

Nothinf. Hotel is closed down

Hotel is closed down - repossessed by the bank and booking.com refused to refund. I have multiple proofs or hotel being closed but despite all my evidence - booking.com refused due to not being able to contact the hotel (its shut?!) to confirm I didn’t stay.
