All the staff are friendly,the food was delicious.

The staircase handle towards Kelong need to replace..the woods gave away already. Maybe need a inhouse video as the tv programme is boring.

Excellent staff - smiling, friendly - faultless! Very efficient, helpful buggy service to/from Villa to Main Hotel.

Design and location of Villa was very good BUT it looked very tired and in need of repair and refurbishment. Also inadequate supply of crockery, cutlery and equipment generally. [Contrast with high standard of Main Building means charges do not reflect comparative condition of accommodation.]

Breakfast was good- many options. Always refills despite heavy crowd. Staff was exceptional at all areas. Room was super comfy. Taxis/Grabcars were easy to get despite Eid holidays. Loved the sea breeze. Loved the night bbq - delicious. Very relaxing. Had Infinity pool over seeing Singapore /Johor coastline. Massages services was nice. Kelong seafood restaurant was good/ok = had many options. The evening band was fun. Bar drinks were good. Very very relaxing trip. Everyone esp staff we encountered was very polite and respectful- made the trip very pleasant.

Beach is not very long-- cordoned off after some time. But it was okay for us, the view & breeze compensated. My son took fishing - rod was low quality - broke when trying to reel in a fish caught . Had to pay compensation. Cheaper massage services in town which takes about 40 mins grabcar-only cheaper if sharing grabcar cost of cos.

"Very good stay with perfect staff !"

The staff was excellent, always wanting to help and smiling. Everyone was very polite ! The shuttle bus between the ferry terminal and the resort was convenient and adapted to our arrival time.

Sadly, we reserved for a queen bed which was not available. We have received a room with 2 twin bed close to each which was still fine.
