"Great hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations"

Wonderful hotel since recently renovated the rooms are very spacious and modern. The hotel is perfect for families with 2 pools and beach access. The breakfast buffet was good and lots of selection. In terms of value this is the best hotel in the area and has the best views

Good location overall

The Spa was closed and this was not communicated to me. The property description boasted of a wellness village and I had booked this property with this in mind. Apparently the spa facility had been closed for several months before hand. This was not mentioned and this was a huge disappointment as I had come with a girlfiend specifically for daily spas. We had to either to Montego Resort of drive to Batam City 45minutes one way and wasted alot of time
