"Exceptional"

The staff were exceptional and they even remembered my 2 year old daughter when we went back after a year and she really had a great time there with each one of them calling her name and playing with her whenever she was around them 😂

Good facilities, comfortable rooms, nice pool, small beach and activities.

Lousy breakfast and bad food at atrestaurant. Staff is not very polite. The spa was closed although it stated open in website. Would not come again.

Room was clean, view was amazing. Pick up and drop off service were on time and amazing, met us right off the boat and made it very easy. Breakfast was okay, nothing amazing but good selection of food and drinks.

The spa was undergoing an upgrade apparently so it wasn't available. The website also states a spa and steam room available to guests although we never were able to find this. 50 minute drive from central Batam so it was not always the easiest to explore the island.

The quietness although sometimes can be a little quiet but it's close to town and clean and the staff are lovely.
