Batam View Beach Resort

This is a resort with a small beach, two pools, nice for families with children. My room was excellent, large, well equipped, nice new shower. Breakfast was ok, eggs plus Asian warm dishes and a lot of sweet stuff.

In the area, the beaches are blocked by the resorts, so you cannot walk along the beach. There is a very nice long beach at the neighboring Palm Springs Golf resort which one could access from this one with good shoes, but I am not sure this is welcomed.

Very far from main city. Seaview room was blocked with tree. Should book pool view cause has better sea view

Most of my stay was peaceful cause it was technically during off peak season. Most staff was friendly. Water sport activities was super fun!

According to Booking.com it states that there was mini golf.. there wasn't. Didn't know there was a gym either 😞 Breakfast was almost the same everyday, the only difference was.. during our last day, there was indomie & pancakes. Wish we had those options rotating throughout our long stay. Breakfast Coffee was not good. Walls were relatively thin. I can hear people from upstairs, people in the corridors, and the people next door. High tea is basically breakfast options. It's rather disappointing. Stayed in the executive room, and the living room TV didn't have netflix/youtube.. I wish there was, so I didn't have to eat on the bedroom floor. Barely used the living room at all :/ except accessing the balcony... Bedroom layout was interesting 🤣 leg was basically facing the door when I slept. Living room wood popped off, and the bathroom grout chipped off. It was rather sharp, lucky I saw it before stepping on it. Received a few bathing towels with red spots.. looked like old blood stains. Wish they stated it was a "pool view" instead of a "pool view," "sea view," in booking.com... Turns out it's about 90% pool and 10% sea view in a far distance, on the day itself. Personally, I feel that the staff could have been a little more helpful with information and maybe give some recommendations of their own to things in batam that we can maybe check out/explore. Personally, the check out process was a bit messy & collection of baggage from the deposit was messy as well, mainly because it was busy and hectic during that timing.

I’ve stayed at the Villa.The sea view was stunning. The aircon works well and strong water pressure for shower. Value for money.

Arrived at Nongsa Ferry terminal at about 8pm.No hotel staff for hotel shuttle.Luckily there’s private hirer there.

Staff were so attentive & accomodating that we got to know them by name & treated us as family not just tourists.

Sehr schön renoviertes Hotel ausserhalb von Batam. Schöne Golfplätze und Restaurants in der Umgebung, tolle Landschaft, tolle Pools, sehr nettes Personal, für den ders mag spielt eine Band jeden Abend mit netter Bar. Sehr schön renovierte geräumige Zimmer, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.

Der Whirlpool mit Blick aufs Meer und die Meeresstrasse von Singapur wird leider nicht geheizt.
