Położenie poza miastem, spory i głęboki basen, wielkość pokoi, ich wystrój, wygodne i bardzo szerokie łóżko, widok z okien na morze, miły personel

Tłumaczenie, że obcokrajowcy za dodatkowe łóżko muszą płacić w S$, mimo że w Indonezji obowiązuje inna waluta… Śniadania są całkiem dobre, jest spory wybór jedzenia, są owoce , ciasteczka, gofry, pieczywo, dżemy, warzywa na sałatkę, dania azjatyckie, jajka i kiełbaski, ale soki , nie zrozumiem jak w Azji można podawać soki z koncentratu ….

"Relaxing break in a romantic place"

Beautiful setting, especially the villas which are right on top of the water. Very romantic, though sometimes the waves can be a bit noisy at night.

The food choices and quality! The offerings at breakfast were limited and pretty much the same every day. The coffee wasn’t great, and there were no danishes or cheeses. The breads were just standard (and possibly with color, no whole meal, sourdough). The complimentary high-tea was also disappointing- one piece of a savory, and one piece of some local desserts. The place could also do with better maintenance, particularly the weather-beaten villas where the wood is getting really worn out and can be dangerous.

"Though some negative experiences, however overall still fine."

Room was "newly" renovated. We have came to stay in Batam View Resort for several times.

The terms & conditions are rather rigid, unlike some other hotels/resorts in Batam.
