Avra Imperial Hotel

Great service! Delivered a birthday cake for my wife on her birthday after they realized from check-in it was her birthday that week (without any prompt from us). Great private pool and spacious deck area. Main pools and child pools very clean. My son (2 years old) loved the daycare staff who spoke several languages including Russian and English which he understands. Great views. We will be back! Breakfast is great! We are out for lunch / dinner and would recommend doing so. When eating at the resort restaurants for those meals it was just ok. We greatly enjoyed eating on the economy for all but one lunch and dinner on a 7 day trip (and much cheaper).

we got here on the second day they opened since last season. the staff were super friendly ,the food was awesome... nothing to complain. very recommended

Booked a night with soa treatments while traveling as a treat. Place might as well be Disneyland. The spa was overrun with kids and LOUD. Not the relaxing experience we were Expecting

It was very clean and nice . Staff were helpful and nice . Would recommend to stay again

This resort is paradise! Our every need was met, and it was a completely relaxing stay. The staff is so kind, and even gave us a gift of fruit and sparkling wine because it was our honeymoon. We highly recommend the sushi on the resort, too. We're already making plans to come back.

What was unique for a hotel of this caliber was that they did not have the room prepared for us when we arrived late night and exhausted from traveling. The air conditioning was not working and they actually changed us for water. Furthermore we were being asked to pay for an iron. Other than that the place is amazing. But at $400 per night you should expect more.

There are several restaurants in the hotel that are convenient. But the overall experience here was disappointing. We paid for a "sea view" room which was a total fraud. The view was mainly of the side of a large building, trash and telephone poles/wires. The room was in a state of disrepair and obviously had been for awhile. The tub drain could not be closed to take a bath. The attached shower head did not work. The wall paper was peeling. The bathroom door handle was falling off. The toilet paper holder was broken so the toilet paper rested on the floor. The sliding door to the terrace would barely open and took two of us to open or close it. The electricity kept going out in our room. And on and on. I would never stay here again.
