My shower was under powered ,giving just a trickle but there was a bath so I could bathe.

Great location, lovely staff, clean room with great sea view!

Breakfast quality not good, very basic. Shower over the bath was dangerously slippery as no shower mat, and it was a fixed shower with no flexible hose.

"Excellent value for short visits"

Location is excellent for exploring Eastbourne - walking distance to town centre and station also, across road from beach. Friendly staff. Dog friendly - £20 for the whole stay. Good breakfast. Water pressure in shower is excellent and hot. Good hairdryer. Good amount of mirrors. Room size. Working TV and kettle. Working lift. Excellent value for money - paid less than £50 per night.

Thin pillows - side sleepers may struggle with the very thin pillows (there were two on the double bed and it wasn't enough). Not blackout at night (I needed sleeping mask). Slippery bathtub but there are lots of handles to hold onto and a sign warning. Noise may be an issue for light sleepers.

Lokalita přímo u moře, za rohem Tesco, kousek od všeho dění. Fajn snídaně, kdy jsme si nabrali z teplého bufetu anglickou snídani a dva druhy sladkého pečiva.

Bohužel okna do vedlejší ulice. Přímo pod naším oknem byla hospoda a velmi hlasitou hudbou, která sice skončila o půlnoci, ale asi do jedné tam ještě vyřvávali opilci. Nelíbilo se mi, že jsme dostali je jeden ručník a když přišel odpolední úklid a my se po celodenním výletě vrátili zpět na pokoj, nové ručníky jsme nedostali. No a ráno dostat k snídani nejlevnější instantní kávu… to je docela průšvih 😓

"Good value, almost there, just a few niggles"

Great location right on the seafront, daily parking permit for about £2.50 which is good value, good breakfast, dog friendly, good coffee and tea facilities in the room

Only one medium bath towel per person in the room (no hand towels), only one pillow per person in the room, no WiFi in the rooms only in the public areas, only instant coffee at breakfast
