位置不错，就在海边

隔音太差了，楼上吵架到凌晨两点，就像在耳边吵架，隔壁看电视也听的很清楚，浴室的帘子都是霉斑

It was good for the value of money. The room was spacious. They had lift which was a plus point.

There were too many fire doors to go through which I assume was there for a reason but too many to push and pull. There were not enough towels.

The location is perfect. Situated right in front of the sea. The staff are fantastic. Making sure everything is OK with you and the room.

Proximity to the beach, friendly staff, elevator (a big plus for people with disabilities)

With the temperatures we've been having in the UK lately, not being able to open the window is a disadvantage.

Polite staff, nice room good breakfast very good value got money.

All good do not have a bad word to write.

Excellent location, the staff were really lovely and helpful and very friendly. We arrived early on our motorcycles and they provided us with somewhere to change and looked after all our belongings whilst we went out - above and beyond customer service!

Clean and staff member on duty this morning very helpful

Man on reception on checking in gave us wrong time for breakfast meaning it was finished when we went down this morning. Asked who I could complain to the lady on reception this morning did rectify his error. Bathroom stank of smoke and dog constantly barking in one of the rooms. Generally decor very tatty
