Lemon Tree Hotel, Chandigarh

Very nice place to stay - the small roof top pool and the breakfast buffet was pretty good.

With the rate, Lemon Tree should include free wifi (24 hours) in the package. Also, have to improve the variety of foods serve during breakfast.

excellent stay. clean hotel/rooms, courteous/helpful staff, best mall next door, and good food/service. keep up the good standards lemon tree. Only disappointment was the pettiness of management, to not provide free wifi if reserved thru third party website (which is a shame given lemon tree chose to be there and offer specials - and what good is attracting business customers w/o wifi which is free to all customers) - request rethink this unfriendly policy - not the case with competing hotels.

clean, hygiene, and safe area. courteous staff, and very supportive. only disappointing matter was limited wifi for business travellers, if reservation not direct w hotel. What is the point of posting the hotel on third party site? and filing to meet the commitment provisioned by hotels.com/expedia. Reserved a King bed, and end up with twins. this sis the 2nd time happened with lemon tree.

The physical structure of the hotel looks good however the service standard is not there. There is no indoor slippers，etc until request. This hotel charge such a high rate but did not provide wifi service except one hour a day. A wifi day package is billed at INR577 plus another almost 25% tax that made it so high. But what to do, if you need it you have no choice but to pay for it......

Room stank of moth. Staff extremely uncourteous. Breakfast below average. You get get much better hotels innchandigarh at that price. I checked out the very next morning even though I had a reservation for 4 nights

We had a comfortable stay and the hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. The Ambience of the Hotel is great food & Service are Good. Would have loved if Kids Activity area was not linked to lounge usage and Wi fi was free 24 x 7 & not just 1 hour per room & the exhaust would have run 24 Hours in Room Nos. 302, 303 & 305.

The room smelt of damp and they were obviously aware of this as they sent a man to spray the walls when we complained. Food and drinks service terrible and standard of food dreadful when it eventually came. Only good thing was really nice girl on desk who was so helpful and we took a taxi ride at her suggestion to all of the sights for small amount of money. Displaced people garden amazing Le coubusier buildings and rose garden actually smelt of roses.

Reception staff is not co-operative . 1st they refused to offer me accommodation , and at the same time rooms were available online. After making payment and presenting the hotel voucher Mr. Vishal at the reception kept me waiting for 01 hr., only on speaking to the Senior mgr I was offered the room, which leaves the whole experience in bad taste.
