POP! Hotel Festival Citylink Bandung

The room was cosy enough for me and my husband. We love it very much and definitely going to stay there more often!

It was better than expected. The hotel is located just next to the mall so getting food wasn't an issue. The mall has pizza hut, j.co and a few more places i couldn't remember off hand. For your daily items, there's a supermarket at the basement, Lotte mart. The view from your room at night is pretty awesome too. I'd choose this over the Braga area hotels anytime.

Very3 small room, high pricing, bad bland tasting breakfast, add a few more dollars can enjoy 4 star harris hotel.

We checked in midnight and the staff is ready to serve. The concept is fun and the fare is affordable

Don't use room 541. No information regarding parking voucer, I pay 32 thousand Rp for parking.

Hotel room small with spaceship design toilet ..location beside to harris citylink hotel..if u really like shopping and need a budget hotel I recommended these POP CItylink Hotel.. From POP Hotel to KING MALL and PASAR BARU shopping centre very far need to take cab paid for 50,000rupiah but if u take angkut its more cheaper paid only 2,000rupiah each , angkut is a van one of the transportation in bandung that are cheap and safety in the day..just to know which colour bring u to the place u need to go..can also asked the security guide or the people in bandung they are very friendly.

Great breakfast. But if finished, they will not refill it. Have to call to clean up the room.

I have stayed in POP hotels in Yogjakarta, Jakarta & Bandung. But in Pop Bandung, i have bad experiences. I stayed in room 708. The bathroom the water leaks into my room, the ceiling on the left side of entrance door leaks & my bed-sheet was not change for 3 nights. On my 2nd of my stay i request to rectified my bathroom which they did but they did not change my bed sheets. The bed-sheet have some sand whereby i have sleepness night. On the 3rd night at 10.30 pm they managed to change the bed-sheet after my complain. On the overall of the hotel, i think Pop hotel in Bandung needs to touch up with repaint the soil walls & clean up some part of the hotel. The 3 computers in front of reception, 1 computer is not working & some of the tables at dining area is wobbling. I feel with some maintenance work this hotel could be better. The staff was friendly but poor in follow up work.

I was shocked when first arrived because the taxi driver(from airport)commented that this hotel is very far from all attractions and shopping malls.There are only a few restaurants in the mall next to hotel but none nearby.Certainly I cannot taste authentic Indonesian food here for which I need to travel far to the city.
