POP! Hotel Festival Citylink Bandung

AC broken, Smoking people infront of lobby door, Aisle hotel room also some people smoking, Very noisy, the location very convenience next to the mall.

I'm not satisfy with the aircond

just to stay for transit should be ok but for long stay prefer another hotel

It was two night stays and on an old and new occasions. The hotel location is next to mall / shopping center which give value added.

The hotel located in the Festival City Link Mall and a bit from city center. The traffic from the hotel to city center a bit "Marcet" Indonesian language . The room is quite small but the hotel condition is clean and comfortable, modern and colourful design. The hotel provided daily local breakfast such as Nasi Kuning, Bubur and Coffee & Tea.

Overall, the stay was pleasant and the staff were always willing to help and answer any questions. However, the rooms lack a phone to call reception and other rooms. The hotel is also connected to a shopping centre which has a contract with a specific taxi company which means you can't order any taxis in and they don't have their own hotel private taxi service; this would usually be ok, but this taxi company is awful, with bad customer service and price hiking for foreigners. However, you can walk to the main road and hail a taxi, if you wish.

Stayed the for for four nights and the experience was really pleasant. Room was simple but adequate (you don't even to bring along a travel adapter to use their plugs) and the breakfast was fulfilling. Free Iftar were also provided during the month of Ramadan. Getting around could be troublesome though as the hotel staff won't help you in calling for taxi service. Buy a SIM card from Festival CTlink and call Bluebird to book your taxis. Alternatively, use the Angkutan to get around or hire a Supir. Make sure to visit Harris Hotel as POP! Hotel guests are able to enjoy discount on their various buffets.

Absolutely wonderful and charming. Good food, good service, beautiful scenery. We'd recommend it to anyone.
