POP! Hotel Festival Citylink Bandung

room is a little bit small (fair enough because its a budget hotel) clean room, clean linen, the toilet+shower was a capsule with sliding door, very narrow space. nice hot&cold water pressure. no refrigerator, breakfast serve at lobby as "quick bite" small package rice and condiment covered with banana leaf. thin room wall, so if the neighbors noisy that's very annoying, if you looking for budget hotel with clean room and not require large in room space and next to big shopping mall i would recommend this hotel.

Near to shopping malls but is too far from town. Recommended for budget travellers

Very good hotel, especially considering the price we're paying. The hotel is next to a shopping centre and very near factory outlets. Will definitely consider coming again.

The 1 night stay was superb until the next morning which i have to catch a flight back to Malaysia. Was asking the reception to call us a cab for the next day flight at 6:30am but there was no cab infront of the lobby until 7am. The most surprise thing happen was when i told the reception i need a metered taxi so that i dont get cheated. Was telling them for 3-4times and they said ok. But when the taxi came, the taxi didn't even use the meter and just simply charge us 50.000rupiah for a very short distance to the airport. Was very devastated!

The hotel is very colourful and cosy. Taxi is easy to get. Near to shopping mall and food court. However it does not provide iron or electric jug kettle for the guest. I would suggest the management to provide these items at one corner at every floor for the hotel guest to use.

Some of the taxi does not even want to use their meters going to the hotel. Ended up taking Angkot (their public transport). Hotel should have information on angkot for those who would like to try the angkot. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Service good but if the management could provide free shuttle to city centre ie. Pasar baru could even better because the local doesnt know but this hotel
