Verouderd hotel. Liften die regelmatig buiten werking zijn. Vergane glorie. Maar als je dit weet en accepteert dan zit je hier goed.

The staff were fantastic, really helpful, and they always seemed happy whenever I made the effort to speak Spanish with them. The location is excellent too, just a short walk from Corralejo's beautiful beach and the sand dunes. The hotel has great amenities, including two pools and on-site parking, which made things really convenient. The food was very good with a great variety to choose from at every meal. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean throughout our stay. As a lovely personal touch, I also received a birthday present from the hotel, which was a really nice surprise.

While the hotel is showing its age in places, it's clearly well maintained despite this. One frustration was the sun lounger situation, some guests were reserving them with towels early on and then not using them for hours, which made it hard to find a spot by the pool. In our room, the toilet had a leak and the ceiling fan didn't work. The sauna was also out of order during our stay, which was a shame as it's something we'd been looking forward to using.

Hotel room is really run down. First arrival the lobby looks fabulous. Hotel staff mainly very nice. But some of the older male staff need to polish up their behaviour. I paid for all inclusive, however the cappuccino from the real coffee machine was not included apparently in my all inclusive. I was asked to pay €3, Instead the barmen served cheap powder coffee from the machine with a powder milk. Which did not taste like a real coffee. I have the bean to cup coffee machine at home, I know the difference. Another problem I developed allergy in the room, which I don’t suffer from any allergy, or ill health. I felt ill in the room for some reason. I had the open the window and not use the air conditioning. Reported the instance to the reception, they were not concerned at all. Telephone in the room did not work from the day one of my arrival. They said there was a problem with the line, but ithe hotel will be closed for renovation in October. Not much good to me when I was there in June! Hotel does not have a beach.photos shown are not be.ong to the hotel, if you want a beach umbrella and lounger you have to pay for it, as it belongs to another organisation. These details were never disclosed to me when I booked it through TUI. I Am very disappointed, as I stayed in RUI hotel in Dubai, it was fabulous. Hotel is in desperate need of renovation. I left my beautiful home to come here to substandard quality of living.curtains are dirty. Carpet is very old. It’s unacceptable. AVOID . the rating I will give 2.5 star.

Highly recommend! Fabulous location right on the beach! We have travelled to the Riu Palace Tres Islas many times over the past 10 years, sometimes twice in the same year and no doubt we will continue to visit our happy place. Sorry to see the jacuzzis have been removed but there have been lots of other positive changes made in the past couple of years. We love it there. Live entertainment every evening. Perfect for couples! I don’t recommend for families of small children as nothing to do there for them. Very peaceful location to completely relax & unwind.

our stay at riu palace tres islas was excellent, service good food good, only gripe was pool should. be kept at a more comfortable temperature, as after sunbathing entering pool was a bit of a shock, as was not heated and therefore very cold on entry. hotel does need a bit of updating also but otherwise all was fine
