Run down hotel charging mid range level prices for a motel experience. Staff is not well trained and the facilities are in desperate need for renovations. Would not give a local invoice to avoid paying taxes.

La ubicación del hotel es unica, con preciosas vistas y lejos del bullicio del centro. La atención del personal fue de lo mejor, las instalaciones fueron adecuadas y limpias. La alimentación fue de mucha calidad.

El personal que atiende en el lobby con muy mala actitud, no resuelven problemas pequeños, son desordenados (las reservaciones no aparecían y al retirarnos llamaron diciendo que no se había entregado un dormitorio que ellos mismos ya habían revisado y habiendo que entregado pases de salida, no hay wifi en los dormitorios, en el restaurante tardan mucho en atender y entregan órdenes a medias… no volvería a reservar acá, la experiencia no fue buena
