Hotel Cosmos Cali

I like everything. I will recommend this hotel, closed to everything, the stuff is super, we rented 4 rooms and all of them went over my expectations. Thats why allways stay in this hotel. Thank you guys you made my family vacation super fabulous.

The rooms were really clean but the room they gave us was super small and it didnt even have a cooler and the water was only cold. Once we complained and reviewed the hotel in expedia, they switched us to a bigger room that had hot water and the cooler we asked for. The breakfast had the main food to start off your day and the place was really clean, but at night the hallways didnt have a light, the location is very nice because there are a lot of restaurants and other hotels around. I would give this place a rate of 3 because we had to complain a couple of times to be switched to a better room and their response wasn’t the best when doing so but we did like the way they keep the hotel really clean

Rooms are quite large. Clean. Well located. Modern. Check in normal

Honestly the staff was amazing. They did everything possible to make me feel welcomed.

The room clean, don't change toules,sheets, the breatfas poor, the same every days.

The hot water in the shower did not work. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean . Elevator stops in between floors so you have to walk up or down 5 to 6 stairs to get to your room.

Exactly as the last time i was here. Clean rooms, friendly stafff, good location. Good breakfast. I shall return.

Great location. Very comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. My return visit to Cali. I like to dance salsa, the hotel offered a room next to the fitness center for me to have private salsa lessons. How cool was that? Friendly staff. Safe location

Close to downtown..easy to get taxi..people very friendly. Inside of the building is nice outside might need coat of paint overall not bad experience
