my stay at the Hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable. a clean place and the staff is very kind, friendly and professional. I recommend it one hundred percent. I would stay there again.

I was very disappointed this time around. I had stayed there three times before and was satisfied with the service. This time due to staff shortage I had to carry my heavy suitcase up a flight of stairs, I had a lizard in my room, and when I called for help, I was told rudely there was no one to come up and help get rid of the lizard "do it yourself" and log your complain with management. Don't waste your money on a subpar hotel like this one.

Hotel advertises room service but does not offer. Restaurant staff did not allow us to sit outside to eat while there were open tables (during covid). Other than that, property was ok.

No VIP benefits, hotel was clean and quite, we love to stay here everytime we ttavel to Cali

Me gusta quedarme aqui cada vez q llego a Cali, lo unico q no me ha gustado es el poco implemento de limpieza que le ofrecen a uno como shampooo, jabon, toallas, papel higienico. Deberian mejorar en especial con clientes habituales

I would like to state that my stay in this hotel was the most terrible I have had in all time, first of all the hotel does not resemble at all what is shown online in the photos, For the greatest misfortune, they do not have Hot water, the air conditioning in the rooms are a terrible noise and to finish completing the beds they seem to have 60 years of life, a pure disaster this hotel, I would recommend you go somewhere other than this hotel.
